Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Sikri Holding ASA (the "Company") on 31 October 2022 regarding Rolv Erik Ryssdal being nominated as new chairperson in the Company's board of directors.

An extraordinary general meeting will be held in the Company on 24 November 2022 at 10:00 CET. Please find the notice including appendices enclosed.
