Sikri Group Us

Spir Group is a Nordic software house. By gathering and making information available between consumers, the public and private sector, we simplify processes that are unnecessarily complex.

Spir Group is the parent company and the visionary force of multiple subsidiary software companies, each dedicated to delivering mission-critical technology that sustains and advances society. See our companies here.

Our customer base spans from public sector to private businesses within real estate, property development, banking, and power companies, to name a few. And in our organization we have more than 350 colleagues with deep domain and technology knowledge.

Spir Group does more than just collect and share information. We facilitate innovation and growth that strengthens trust between individuals, businesses, and the public sector.

Rolv Erik Ryssdal (1962) Chairperson

Managing director of Aftonbladet from 1999 to 2005 and held the same position in VG (Verdens Gang) from 2005 to 2008. CEO in Schibsted in 2009 and held that position until 2018 when he became CEO of Adevinta, spun out of Schibsted. He led Adevinta’s IPO in 2019 and the acquisition of eBay Classifieds Group in 2021, making Adevinta the largest international classifieds company globally.

Chairman of Karbon Invest, an investment company controlled by Jens Rugseth and Rune Syversen. Chairman of Crayon Group and Link Mobility since early 2000s. Chairman of Techstep since 2019. Co-founder of Crayon Group, Link Mobility, Basefarm, Mnemonic. Chairman Spir Group January 2020 - May 2021, and Board member - June 2021.

Martine Drageset (f. 1989) Board member

Partner at Askeladden & Co. Previously worked in McKinsey & co., most recently as Associate Partner, focusing on strategy and commercial topics for B2C companies. Holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH. Board member Spir Group - June 2022.

Sigrun Syverud (f. 1987) Board member

Sigrun Syverud is co-founder and CEO of FJONG Norge AS. She previously held positions within consulting & finance, including Arctic Securities, McKinsey and Arkwright Corporate Finance. Sigrun holds a MSc in Finance from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) og BA in economics from Humboldt University, Berlin. Board member Spir Group - June 2022.

Investment Director in Carucel/M25 Industrier – a family office controlled by Carl Erik Krefting and Fredrik Cappelen. Board Member in Agilyx. Former Financial Analyst in Handelsbanken and Carnegie in the period 1998-2019. Board member Spir Group - January 2020.

Per Haakon Lomsdalen (1973) CEO

CEO of Spir Group from August 2023. Lomsdalen joined Spir Group from the position as Country General Manager of Salesforce in Norway and Iceland and has previously held the position as COO of SAP in the Nordics and Country General Manager of SAP in Norway. He also has many years of experience in various leadership positions at IBM.

Cecilie M. Brænd Hekneby (1972) CFO

CFO of Spir Group from February 2024. Hekneby joined Spir Group from the position as CFO of Self Storage Group, has previously held the position Group Controller in Color Line and Project Manager and Financial Controller in Posten Norge. Hekneby is a Siviløkonom from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Head of Strategy Public of Spir Group from September 2023. Previously CMO of Spir Group from June 2022, and Director Product & Marketing of Sikri from January 2020. Previously Head of Department in EVRY, where she worked 2015-2019. Has held various strategic roles within public and municipal sectors 1998-2015.

Arild Elverum (1974) Ambita AS

Managing Director of Ambita AS from August 2021. Has a Master of Business Administration from BI and has broad experience from management, sales and marketing in the IT and telecom sector. Before joining Ambita, he worked with digitization and conversion to new business opportunities in companies such as EVRY, Microsoft, Nokia and Telenor.

Erling Olaussen (1970) Boligmappa AS

Erling holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California Santa Barbara, holds a Master of Management from BI and an MBA in Financial Management from NHH. He has extensive experience from various technology companies, including as development manager and CIO in Infront AS. Erling became technology director at Ambita in 2015, and then CEO of Boligmappa in 2018.

Jonas Åkerman (1973) Metria AB

Managing Director of Metria AB from August 2022. Jonas has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. He has held different executive positions within the digital business information and IT services industry. Held roles as Managing Director, Business Area Director and Sales Director in companies such as Bisnode and InfoTrader.
